As a provider of AI-generated images, branding solutions, creative visual assets, digital illustrations, and design services, many of our deliverables involve customized digital work products that cannot be physically returned. Accordingly, this policy establishes fair guidelines for both users and the company.

1. Digital Services & Custom Creative Work

Most services provided by SwiftServer Digital Creations involve the creation of customized digital content, including but not limited to:

  • AI-generated images
  • Branding assets
  • Logo design services
  • Social media creatives
  • Marketing graphics
  • Website visuals
  • Digital illustrations
  • Custom design projects
  • Creative consultation services

Due to the personalized nature of these services, completed digital products are generally non-returnable.

2. Project Cancellation Before Work Begins

Customers may request cancellation of an order before any creative work, AI generation process, consultation session, or project development has commenced.

Where cancellation is approved before work begins:

  • Eligible payments may qualify for a full or partial refund.
  • Payment processing fees may be deducted where applicable.

3. Cancellation After Work Has Started

Once creative production, AI image generation, design development, consultation, or project execution has commenced, cancellation requests may not qualify for a full refund.

4. Subscription Cancellation

  • Not automatically generate refunds for previously paid subscription periods.

Services already delivered during the active subscription period remain chargeable.

Revision requests do not automatically qualify a project for refund.
